If a downspout drains underground, we clear what's reachable at the inlet — we can't guarantee the buried line is clear. Anything we notice that needs repair, we'll point out rather than patch.

Common questions
- Do you go up on the roof?
- Only where it's safe to do so. Steep, high or difficult rooflines are reviewed separately, and we'll tell you up front if a section can't be reached safely.
- Will you unclog my underground drains?
- We clear the downspout inlet where we can reach it. Buried or underground drain lines are outside this service.
- Do you repair gutters?
- Not as part of this service. If we see sagging, leaks or loose sections, we'll point them out so you can decide what to do.
- How is it priced?
- Quoted from the length of the gutter runs, the number of stories and access, before anything is scheduled.
